A Sneak Peek of Eurovision 2017's Stage Design

The longest-running annual international singing contest is now set for another edition in Kiev with its stage designer giving a sneak peek of the set and stage. Once again, the German designer, Florian Wieder who designed the Eurovision stages in Vienna, Dusseldorf, and Baku will build the stage for the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev.

“My goal is to bring happiness and excitement for everyone involved. I’ve planned to incorporate some entirely new features which will be kept as a surprise until the show. The design for 2017 will be unique and divergent to the previous shows. ESC is not only a passion project for me but also a creative challenge, one that is immensely inspiring for me as a designer,” Wieder said.

The sought-after designer was also the person behind the X-Factor stage in UK and USA, and the stage design of MTV Video Music Awards.
