With over 30 years of experience in the events and audiovisual industry, Marvin leads Red Damien with a hands-on, collaborative, and innovation-driven approach. As CEO, he oversees strategic planning, client relations, and production operations—ensuring the company consistently delivers top-tier service.
A former musician with a deep love for music, Marvin brings creativity and precision to every project. Under his leadership, Red Damien has proudly served many of the Philippines’ top 50 corporations and most of the country’s leading music artists.

Nelle Bates
Nelle Bates stands as a seasoned leader, strategist, and business innovator with over 17 years of experience spanning multiple industries.
From BPO Operations and Service Delivery to Finance, Data & Analytics, Technology, Legal & Compliance, and General Management, she is driving RED DAMIEN ENTERTAINMENT’s business transformation, process optimization, and scaling its operations to success.
Sales Director
Kevin Dela Cruz
Oversees sales direction, client relations, and production coordination at Red Damien Entertainment. Handles end-to-end client engagement — from inquiries and consultations to package building and project execution — with a focus on adaptability, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Also leads technical planning and supervises setups on the ground, ensuring smooth execution across audio, lighting, video, and staging. Designs 3D stage layouts to help clients visualize their events, aligning creative goals with technical feasibility.
With a strong background in music and deep experience working with production teams, brings a unique understanding of both the creative and technical sides of events. Combines industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and client-focused service to help deliver seamless, impactful productions.
