Alesso Designed a Stage that Took 4 Months in the Making

On the night of September 25, Alesso blew the minds of party-goers and media when he revealed the grand stage design at the Greek Theater, Los Angeles. The Swiss DJ designed the brand new stage himself and took over 4 months to build from design to construction.

The stage design took the show to a higher level with the stage donned with laser and strobe lights, all matching the floor to ceiling LED screens that show ravaging graphics.

According to his manager, Amy Thomson, the design and construction process was never that easy, but everything was worth the effort as the ticket was sold out in only 9 minutes. In a Facebook post, she expressed: “It takes a long time to build a show. First, you draw it on a crappy piece of paper. Then you add lasers and lights. Then you work with the best people you know to make the drawing come to life. Then you sit in dark rooms and practice. Then you build it 100 meters wide and bring the movies to Los Angeles. Tonight Alesso plays The Greek in LA. Sold out in 9 minutes. Took 4 months to build. And it was worth every minute ….”
